Arrow Global £563m buy-out by TDR Capital

Numis has acted as Joint Financial Adviser and Joint Broker to Arrow Global Group plc on its £563m buy-out by TDR Capital.

Numis is delighted to have supported Arrow Global Group plc, a British financial services firm, on its £563m buy-out by TDR Capital, the UK-based private equity firm.
Founded in 2005, Arrow Global operates across five countries and is a leading European investor and asset manager in non-performing and non-core assets. Numis’ supporting role on this offer is part of a long-standing partnership with the company.

The cash offer price was 307.5p per share in cash. This was a 33.4% premium to the undisturbed share price and a 46.6% premium to the undisturbed one-month volume weighted average price. There was also an alternative offer of rollover securities
